Sarah is polite , understanding, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, professional, timely and clear communication, accessible, respectful, and finally down to earth. The dealbreaker for me was her ability to be patient with me. I'm new to the area and I haven't purchased a home since COVID and many things have changed. Buying a home was stressful and I depended on Sarah for h  er skills and abilities when things did or didn't go as planned. She explained the process thoroughly paying extreme attention to accuracy and detail.

My profession is not as flexible as I would like it to be however Sarah was adaptable and responsive to my needs.
